Stretching are those exercises that are done before you go for a jog, a walk, playing a soccer game or any other physical activity. It can be damaging to your muscles when you do not do the necessary stretching exercises before the physical exercise. You will always feel the pain in your muscles the next day after a physical test or an exercise program. We tend to skip the stretching parts which are so important for longevity of life. The less you become active the more your muscles pull back and are not easily moveable as you become older in your age.
