You will always be tested before your next promotion /elevation. E. G in the military there are courses that you need to do and be found competent in order to move closer to your next rank or position.If you do not take the course you move down the seniority list for courses. Sometimes we are setting ourselves up for failing the tests. Let us not be our own stumbling block. Do not stand back to take each test you get along your way. The journey of life is constantly bringing you tests and it will take all your courage to face the test, pass it and move to the next level or repeat the test over and over because you are not yet found compotent.
